This hotel runs well and is right off I-40. They were very swift in booking our stay over the phone. After letting him know we needed the room to sleep and rest during a roadtrip, Blake went above and beyond to accommodate us with a quiet room. Very impressed with the soap and body wash squeeze containers hanging in the bathroom. Linen and towels were clean and hair-free. There was fresh-ish coffee in the lobby when we checked out at 3am and plenty of creamer choices. We would absolutely visit this location again. :)

The staff are amazing! Lacey went out of her way to help me with a pillow issue and remembers my name and room number all week. Blake took excellent care of me as well and was so friendly. The hotel is virtually brand new and very well maintained. The rooms are dorm style with a minimalist design. They are comfortable and well appointed though. The mod design of the entire property is fun and refreshing compared to other hotels. The only thing I would have liked was a microwave in the room, but I made do with the one in the lobby. Otherwise, not a single complaint!

First of all - Blake is delightful, truly a wonderful customer service representative. Super attentive from the moment i walked in with my service dog until the moment i went to my room for the night. i had to leave this review because people like Blake are so crucial to the mission and they make the experience special. If i needed anything, Blake was there to assist before i could even ask for help. This was my first time in Amarillo and my first time staying at a Tru hotel. The hotel was great, best breakfast of all the Hiltons that i stayed in that week. So clean, warm and cozy. There's also plenty of space around the property to entertain fur babies.

I stayed there on 20 December Check in around six-ish.. Gentleman working the desk is a great face for your company. He was awesome. Very helpful.. Everything was wonderful room was great. Location was good and outstanding customer service.

Came here when traveling to and from Arizona and I have no complaints whatsoever. Chad checked us in and was super friendly, professional, and helpful! Breakfast was tasty, and I liked the small market they have with snacks and toiletries. I will definitely stay here if I travel through here, no doubt. Great hotel.

We were greeted by hotel employee upon check in and she was extremely polite and helpful with area attractions. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet during the evening. Breakfast was presented very well and was tasty.

The hotel was clean and perfect for our overnight stay. The staff was very friendly. Hotel is located in a very convenient area. The also offer complimentary breakfast with your stay. Breakfast was not bad at all. We would absolutely stay there again.

My first stay (1 night) at a Tru by Hilton property, and allow me to say, the bar has been set very high! The hotel is surprisingly quiet; it may be one of the quietest hotels, I've ever stayed in. Each staff member we encountered acknowledged me with a "hello". Free breakfast is important to me when traveling on the road, and the one here was adequate. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity is right.
